Half Marathon Relay

Is the 5K not quite the challenge you’re looking for, but the half marathon is a little too daunting? Grab a friend and team up for the new Mississippi River Half Marathon Two-Person Relay. Runner #1 will start with the half marathoners, cross the bridge and run along Highway 82 before meeting Runner #2 at the relay point. Runner #2 will then proceed through the rest of the course and across the finish line.

Runner #1 will be shuttled with the half marathoners to the start on the Arkansas side of the Mississippi River Bridge and will be responsible for their own transportation back to the finish line. We would recommend using whatever transportation mode Runner #2 used to get to the relay point. Both runners will receive the same shirt that the marathoners and half-marathoners will receive and the same medal as the half-marathoners with a RELAY hanger.
